Types of PPF
The PPF produced by our company mainly include the following types:
Clear PPF
Clear PPF, or Paint Protection Film, is a transparent, durable polyurethane film designed to protect the painted surfaces of vehicles, machinery, and other surfaces from damage caused by road debris, rocks, scratches, chips, and environmental elements.
Black PPF
Black PPF is a variant of traditional clear paint protection film, but it has a distinctive black finish. It provides the same protective benefits as clear PPF but with the added aesthetic appeal of a sleek, matte, or gloss black appearance.
White PPF
White PPF is a type of paint protection film that provides both protective and aesthetic benefits, particularly for those seeking a clean, glossy, or satin white finish. It is used in various applications, particularly in the automotive industry, and can also be applied in other decorative settings.
Advantages of PPF

It Protects Your Vehicle from Scratches, Marring, and Stone Chips
From rocks kicked up by surrounding traffic to debris falling from transport vehicles to dings caused by careless people in parking lots, there are many things that can harm your car during everyday use. That’s perhaps the biggest reason why paint protection film is so useful.
It’s Self-Healing
If the thermoplastic polymer of the PPF’s outer layer does get any scratches, scuffs, or scrapes, it can actually heal itself! If it sits outdoors in temperatures over 80 degrees or is treated with a heat gun, this layer becomes malleable and blends back in to refill the gaps.
You Can Customize Your Look
Your paint protection film can be matte, gloss, or semi-gloss and have different looks from carbon fiber to Damascus steel to red wine patterns. If you want to take your car’s look to the next level, this is a great option.
You Can Choose Your Coverage Level
Depending on your coverage goals, you can choose to get different areas of your vehicle treated with PPF. Partial front-end and full front-end installations are designed to protect your car’s impact zones. These are the areas that are most susceptible to scrapes and chips.
It’s Low Maintenance
Just as bird droppings, fallout, bug guts, and the like will mar a regular paint job, they can also eat away at the finish of your PPF. That’s why it’s so important to keep your car clean.
It’s Easy To Remove
Since paint protection film doesn’t last forever, it will need to be replaced eventually. Fortunately, once the PPF has reached the end of its useful life — generally 5 to 7 years with proper maintenance and care — it can be removed by professionals without damaging anything and leaves no traces behind.

Applications of PPF
Electronics
A small piece of PPF can easily fit a cellphone or tablet. It won't cause any more issues than a regular glass protector and will likely cost you less.
Glass Tabletop Furniture
Applying a PPF layer to the glass is one way to do that. Not only will the film protect the glass from scratches and chips, but if the worst happens and the glass breaks, it will keep all of the pieces together for you.
Patio Furniture
Outdoor furniture bears the brunt of Mother Nature's wrath. However, regular wear and tear can leave your furniture looking old and worn. Adding a layer of PPF can keep it looking brand new for years to come.
Mountain Bikes
Because of the bike's intended use, it can be difficult to stop the paint from getting damaged. However, with a bit of paint protection film, you can prevent the worst of the scuffing.
Toolboxes
The paint protection film is one way to protect the surface of your toolbox. It will prevent grime build up and regular scuffing that can happen in a shop while still being practical to use.
Practical Home Uses
Parents can also make use of paint protection film in the home. You can add PPF to any surface to create an instant whiteboard.
Steps for Applying Paint Protection Film PPF
Step 1: Choose Your Compound
Select the compound you'll use for the PPF application. You have three options: soap solution, installation gel, or sealant solution. Each serves as a lubricating agent to facilitate the application process.
Step 2: Prepare the PPF Film
Take the measurement of the parts of the vehicle that need to be covered with the paint protection film. Begin by cutting the PPF to the desired size using scissors or a cutter knife. Leave a slight margin around the edges to ensure complete coverage. Shake the chosen compound container thoroughly and coat your hands with it as well before application.
Step 3: Apply the Compound
Place the paint protection film on a clean table with the release liner side facing up. Remove the liner and treat the adhesive side of the PPF film with the compound. This compound facilitates adhesion, ensuring a secure bond between the film and the car's surface.
Step 4: Install the PPF
Position the PPF film on the vehicle's surface according to your desired coverage area. Ensure precise alignment before proceeding further. Repositioning becomes challenging once the next steps are undertaken.
Step 5: Squeegee the Surface
Use a squeegee to gently press the Paint Protection film onto the car's surface. Employ overlapping strokes to expel excess compounds and eliminate any trapped air bubbles or pockets. This process ensures a smooth and uniform application.
Step 6: Stretch the Film
If you're dealing with curved surfaces, this is the stage to stretch the PPF film for a snug fit. Some paint protection films possess natural elasticity that allows them to conform to curves without the need for heat. Applying an alcohol solution to the adhesive side facilitates bonding during stretching.
Step 7: Maintain a Wet Adhesive Surface
Throughout the application, ensure the adhesive side remains wet. This enhances repositioning flexibility and reduces the risk of visible lines that may appear if the adhesive dries unevenly.
Step 8: Final Touches
After completing the main application, carefully examine the results. Trim any excess film for a clean and polished finish. Remember that precise application is essential for ensuring long-lasting protection and an impeccable appearance.
Step 9: Gently Wipe the Surface
Wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth to smoothen it out and remove any excess liquid. Check your project for any sign of blistering. If there are any, use an air release pen to puncture them. Run the squeegee along the edges and corners for total adhesion.
Step 10: Let the PPF Cure
Let the paint protection film dry completely and cure for a maximum of 48 hours. Avoid touching the film or washing it for at least a week.
