Production Process
PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, and white pigments are blended into a homogenous paste called plastisol.
The molten mixture is passed through heated rollers to form a continuous, uniform base sheet with precise thickness.
A liquid UV-curable coating is spread over the sheet to create a mirror-like surface.
The coated sheet is exposed to high-intensity ultraviolet light, instantly hardening the gloss layer without solvents.
The finished wide roll is cut into narrower rolls of specified widths, then packaged for shipment.
